CleanUrPhone is an app that offers comprehensive tools to clean and optimize your phone. The app offers features such as duplicate photo detection, storage management, RAM cleaning, and thermal monitoring.

Services Provided by the App:

• AI-powered duplicate photo detection and cleaning
• Storage space analysis and management
• Large file finder
• RAM cleaning and cache cleaning for Android
• Thermal status monitoring (Premium)
• 100% privacy protection (all processing on device)

User Responsibilities:

• Be careful with photo deletion operations
• Confirm deletion operations by previewing
• Grant app permissions correctly
• Use the app in accordance with laws

2. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you accept the following responsibilities:

Photo Deletion Operations:

• You must preview before deletion operations
• You must carefully select which photos to delete
• You must know that deleted photos cannot be recovered
• You must back up important photos

Permission Management:

• You must grant the permissions required by the app
• It is recommended to grant full access for photo library access
• You must grant necessary permissions for storage access on Android
• If you cancel permissions, some features may not work

General Behavior:

• You must use the app in accordance with laws
• You must not modify or copy the app code
• You must not misuse the app
• You must make in-app purchases for premium features

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in the CleanUrPhone app:

• Modifying, copying, or reverse engineering the app code
• Using premium features without authorization
• Misusing or damaging the app
• Using automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to bypass the app's security measures
• Using the app for unauthorized commercial purposes

Legal Compliance:

• The app must be used in accordance with laws
• Copyright infringement should not be committed
• Use that violates others' rights is prohibited
• The app cannot be used for malicious software distribution

4. Device Security

You must take the following measures for your device security:

• Permission Management: Grant only necessary permissions and check regularly
• Photo Backup: Regularly back up important photos
• Secure Deletion: Always preview before deletion operations
• App Updates: Regularly update the app
• Device Security: Keep your device secure and use screen lock
• Premium Purchase: Purchase only from official stores (App Store, Google Play)

5. Premium Features and Refund Policy

CleanUrPhone offers premium features:

• View all duplicate photos
• Batch deletion operations

Refund Policy:

• In-app purchases are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
• Refund requests must be made directly through the store

• No photos are uploaded to servers or shared
• Deletion operations are the user's responsibility

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Offline Çalışma: İnternet bağlantısı olmadan da çalışır

9. Changes and Updates

Bu kullanım şartları önceden haber verilmeksizin değiştirilebilir. Değişiklikler:

• Uygulama içi bildirimlerle paylaşılır
• 30 gün sonra yürürlüğe girer

Değişiklikleri kabul etmiyorsanız, hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz. Değişikliklerin yürürlüğe girmesiyle birlikte platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Bu kullanım şartlarının geçersiz sayılan hükümleri, diğer hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez. CleanUrPhone'u kullanarak, bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

Önemli: CleanUrPhone, fotoğraf silme işlemlerinden kaynaklanan veri kaybı için sorumluluk kabul etmez. Tüm silme işlemleri kullanıcının onayı ile gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz. Önemli fotoğraflarınızı düzenli yedeklemeniz önerilir.
