CleanUrPhone operates on a minimum data collection principle to protect your privacy:

• Photos: Analyzed only on your device, no photos are uploaded to servers or shared
• Premium Status: In-app purchase status (stored on your device)
• App Preferences: Settings such as theme, language preferences (stored only on your device)
• Analytics Data: App performance and error reports (optional, anonymous)

Information Not Collected:

• Personal identification information (name, surname, email, phone)
• Location information
• Photo contents (no photos are sent to servers)
• User profile information

2. Use of Information

All processing in CleanUrPhone happens on your device:

• Photo Analysis: Duplicate photo detection is done entirely on your device, no photos are sent to servers
• AI Processing: Platform-native AI tools such as iOS Vision Framework and Android TensorFlow Lite are used
• Storage Management: Storage analysis and cleaning operations happen on your device
• Premium Status: In-app purchase status is stored only on your device
• App Settings: Preferences such as theme and language are stored only on your device

Data Sent to Servers:

• In-app purchase verification (managed by Apple/Google)
• Optional anonymous error reports (user preference)

3. Information Sharing

CleanUrPhone does not share your photos or personal data with third parties:

• Photos: No photos are uploaded to servers or shared with third parties
• Data Collection: No data sharing with advertising networks or analytics services
• Purchase Transactions: In-app purchases are managed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Exceptions:

• Legal obligations and court orders (however, your photos are not stored on servers anyway)
• With user's explicit consent (optional anonymous error reports)

4. Data Security

CleanUrPhone's security approach:

• On-Device Processing: All photo analysis happens on your device, no data is sent to servers
• Native AI: Platform-native AI tools (iOS Vision, Android TensorFlow Lite) are used
• Offline Operation: Works without internet connection
• Secure Deletion: Photo deletion operations are done securely and irreversibly
• Permission Management: Only necessary permissions are requested and clearly explained
• Code Security: Regular security updates and code reviews

Server Side:

• In-app purchase verification is managed by Apple/Google
• Optional anonymous error reports are processed securely

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

CleanUrPhone does not use cookies or tracking technologies:

• No advertising tracking
• No third-party analytics services used
• No user behavior tracking
• No cookies used

6. User Rights (GDPR/KVKK)

CleanUrPhone protects your following rights under GDPR/KVKK:

• Right to Information: CleanUrPhone collects minimum data and all data is stored on your device
• Right to Request Information: You can view data on your device from within the app
• Right to Correction: You can change your app preferences at any time
• Right to Deletion: You can delete all local data by deleting the app
• Right to Object: You can turn off optional anonymous error reports
• Right to Portability: Your data is already portable since it's on your device

Important: Since CleanUrPhone does not store your photos or personal data on servers, data deletion requests are unnecessary. All data is already on your device.

7. Children\'s Privacy

CleanUrPhone does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Since the app already collects minimum data and all processing happens on the device, children's privacy is fully protected. Parents can delete all local data by deleting the app.

8. International Data Transfer

CleanUrPhone does not transfer data:

• Your photos remain on your device, no photos are sent to servers
• App preferences are stored only on your device
• Premium status is stored only on your device

• In-app purchase verification is managed by Apple (USA) and Google (USA)
• Optional anonymous error reports (user preference)

9. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When significant changes occur:

• In-app notification is sent
• Email notification is made
• Announcement is published on the website
• Changes are notified 30 days before they take effect

By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you accept the changes.

11. Legal Basis

This privacy policy has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related legislation. All our data processing activities are carried out within the framework of legal bases.
